As much as I enjoy City Place, it was nice to scout out something in "real" WPB downtown, just a couple blocks away. A gorgeous intimate atmosphere (read: NO loud club music) that was perfect for catching up with a couple of my old high school friends. We went on a Thursday night, a little after 8pm, so it was quiet save for a couple of people in the outdoor seating. It picked up after about 9pm or so, with mostly couples trickling in. The bartender was very attentive, and was helpful suggesting a different wine when the bottle we asked for was out. We ordered a combo 2 meats & 2 cheeses plate, which came with some dark chocolate morsels, 2 types of crackers and a small bowl olives; it was all delicious and perfect for nibbling alongside our pinot noir. Having read the reviews/website before I went, I knew food options was limited to small nibbles so was prepared (I am a tapas girl, love to have a little bite of lots of things at once); but it would've been nice to have just a few more things added to the menu, maybe more variety in the choice of meats/cheeses? cornichons? something with toast points maybe? Just throwing some things out there to make it more of a "tapas" place...that would be the only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review. Parking: easy Street; or a Garage down the street Groups: great for couples, and small groups up to 5/6. Anymore than 6 may be too much...just not that kind of setting. Great for talking/catching up with old friends/quiet first dates. Atmosphere/decor: intimate, relaxed, dim, modern setting; with wood crate-type panels of wine varieties along a couple of beams; these wonderful orbs of light hanging above the bar... Seating: small tables indoor and outdoor; best would be to grab the seats on the long couch against the wall. A few seats at the small bar. Food: good for what it is--snackies to accompany your wine, but don't come hungry! Or the vino may go to your head too quickly =) Wine/Beer: great selection for by the glass; big selection of bottles listed (but like most of these smaller places, you'll just have to be flexible if they don't have your bottle choice, and let them suggest something). I'm not a huge beer drinker and we didn't have any that night, but it seemed like they had an unusual offering of beer. I didn't pay much attn. honestly. Someone else can review the beer selection =).

A hole-in-the-wall wine bar in downtown West Palm, Blind Monk has a wine list reminiscent of our favorite wine bars back in California. The staff seem equally well educated on wine. Our latest server recommended a fantastic pair of zinfandels! We've enjoyed almost every food item on their a la carte menu. The plates are loaded with savory meats and cheese, delectable fruits and a chocolate menu that you just can't pass up. The only reason I can't give it five stars is that the place really can't accommodate parties of more than four people. All the tables and seating are small. Wine bars are usually where big groups of friends congregate, and Blind Monk struggled with our group of 5. I'm sure with time they'll expand in due course. In the meantime, go and enjoy their unique furnishing, chic atmosphere and extensive selection.

Interior atmosphere trendy and eclectic. The lighting fixtures were my favorite part. Wine selection nice. Tapas menu small but inviting. Nice to have outside seating. Would like to see some greenery to make it a little more cozy. Good spot to go for a hot minute with friends. :)

The Blind Monk embodies the best qualities of West Palm Beach: Atmosphere, authenticity, the educated and beautiful people, the environment, and of course the wine!

Very cool place to sit down and have a few drinks with some friends. The wine selection is extensive and the beers are great as well. The place looked very hip and modern with a touch of nostalgic wine decor. Very intimate setting would be great for a date or to sit with some friends... ENJOY

Fabulous date or girls night spot. Cozy and dim, amazing decor with old movies playing in the background. Staff is knowledgeable without being know-it-all. My favorite spot in west palm :) Tapas are excellent, cheese selection is the best

Excellent quality boutique style bar. Small, intimate, not loud, just the right kind of atmosphere. The bar has a slightly limited selection of items, but the items they have are very carefully selected. It's not the kind of overwhelming franchise type establishment that has a menu the size of a phone book, and that is fine. If it was too overwhelming it would take away from the quality of the place. The atmosphere was just right. I was very impressed by the knowledge of the staff. Most new restaurants and bars seem to attract a lot of employees who not only have poor menu knowledge, but they act like it's such a horrible strain for them to learn about the products that their own company has. Not at this place, you will get an excellent insight into their selection of wines, craft beers, artisan cheeses. The food menu, a few tapas and appetizers, is just the right size for this venue. Basically, the selection is meant to cleverly accompany the drink menu.

I really like this place. It is what I expect from an actual Wine Bar. Light fare, good selections By The Glass. I do not go to a place like this looking for deep discounts. Go bananas on Clematis or City Place for that crap. There were some type-Os on the wine menu and the black and white oddity playing on the big screen was a little stressful. Still a great atmosphere to unwind and we will be back!

Natali C.
Loved it! The location was a couple of streets away from Clematis which is the main downtown strip and has a great atmosphere. Blind Monk has a wonderful selection of wines and my boyfriend and I tried the cheese and meat plate that came with your choice of chocolate or dried fruits and olives.

Love it! Very charming! Wonderful wine selection and small Plates/tapas bar. Love the decor. Indoor/outdoor selection. Love that they place b&w movies on a projection. Recommend this place!

I so wanted this place to be good and was sadly disappointed. It's a cool idea and inhabits a nice space, but on entering you're hit by a smell that's best described as something like the men's locker room at a pool: chlorine and B.O. Good selection of wines by the glass, but it's tough to enjoy the aroma when all you smell is this unpleasant stink. Service was pretty bad. The bartender was confused by the wine list and couldn't find what we asked for. When I pointed it out the server tried to pour me something completely different and I had to stop them mid-pour. I found something else I wanted while by date ordered some apps. 35 minutes later we asked where the food was and the server sheepishly admitted to forgetting to put the order in. We paid our tab and split. I'd love for this place to work and I'd try it again in a couple months, but this first impression was very disappointing.

Downtown hipster vibe with some good grape juice by the glass. Pump up the volume with the music and rid of the bad tv and you have a swank WPB alternative. Minimal food choice of meat & cheese, no real tapas per se as the menu states. Be careful of the upcharged suggestions. For WPB it's an admirable attempt and more than andequate.

Jim S.
I must admit, my wife dragged me here as she chases ostensibly good reviews, but from who? The wine was ok as were the tapas. The staff appeared to have other things to do although the place was not busy on a Friday night. The yuppie crowd was equally pretentious. Guess I am too old or down to earth. Over fifty? Go elsewhere.

First time actually getting to sit and enjoy The Blind Monk after many times walking by and longingly looking in, wishing I was able to stop. My husband, myself and another couple were able to grab one of a few tables on a busy Friday night. The boys had beer, the girls some different reds. We were guided well in our choices. A delicious petite syrah and Pinot noir. The food was delicious. Smoked salmon was unexpectedly tasty, pita bread was warm, the small cheese plate was bigger than expected and the cheesecake was better than Cheesecake Factory. What I appreciated the most, other than the knowledgable and friendly waitress and waiter, was that even though it was a busy Friday night, there was no sense of urgency for us to move along. We rarely get nights out without the baby right now so this was extremely appreciated. We were able to really soak in our conversation, enjoy the perfect ambiance and unwind with our friends. I would highly recommend.

Really Cool little wine bar with nice decor and ambiance. We had a good time seating at a table and just drinking some wine and conversation. The tapas plates are really good too. We had a platter of 5 cheeses and a meant and all the cheese we tried were delicious. We also ordered a plate of roasted cauliflower that was amazing! i want the recipe. It was only my husband and i and we thought it would not be enough food, but it was. The wine selection is ample and interesting and they have some domestic as well as international wines. They also do beer but i do not do beer so i couldn't tell you about that. Trendy yet Cool and quaint place for a date or a drink with friends. Good loungy music too, which i like. Nice spot. Plan to be back when i am again in WPB area.

It couldn't have happened to a nicer...well, Monk! LOL the pinnacle of proclaim, the coveted collection of 5 heavenly orbs goes without question to this quaint and crafty little hideaway, curiously nestled along one of downtown West Palm's more...er, "botanical" side streets :) Cozy, intimate, and altogether inviting are just a few of the accolades that immediately leap to mind here, as does a most distinctive air of welcome upon entry...the vibe (a palpable blend of snugly warm and hipster chill) is always in perpetual motion, as is a knowledgeable and courteous staff that have, most assuredly, mastered the fine art of balancing an impressive command of all the various libations whilst maintaining a healthy distance from those patrons seeking a more private experience (the downfall of other, similar establishments in the semi-immediate area). We simply confided in our server the preferences to which our palettes have become accustomed over the years, and were promptly offered a few samples that matched our requests nearly outright...MUCH to our immediate delight! All told, a uniquely delectable experience from lift off to landing! Will I be returning?? MOST affirmatively...tonight in fact....who's up for a pint and a wink?? ;)

It's very very small . Nice atmosphere . Portions very small . Had the large meat and cheese board . Very good , but small. Small menu , and they were out of several items . Need to up their game . Will try again , if I can find a seat.

There are tapas places that serve wine and beer and then there are wine bars that serve a little food. The Blind Monk falls into the latter category, which is fine, if you're looking more for a nice glass of wine or artisan beer with a little something to eat. The quality of both food and beverage were exceptional, although the size of the plates is a little small for the price, at least when compared to nearby tapas offerings at places like Hullabaloo. Their wines and beers are the stars here and their selections are outstanding. So why drop them two stars? Admittedly, we hit them on a bad night. They lost power for a chunk of our meal, but we were very understanding about that. Less so about our greeting at the door, where we stood for some time before anyone working there decided to acknowledge our existence. It was "We have an event, but you can find a space at the bar or the side counters." "Hi or "Hey how are you" or "Welcome" might have been a plus. This is a tiny place. Dealing with the door is a must. We're a bit older than the millennial audience there, and somehow a bit more invisible. That continued at the counter for some time, until I finally got our very charming bartender to slow down a bit with some eye contact that we might need, oh, menus. Then, with a food menu that is not large by any measure, they were out of items that you probably shouldn't be out of one hour into opening with most of your tables tied up in a big long row for an event which means nothing is being served to them. If it's that stressful when doing a tasting evening, probably best to close th restaurant to the rest of the public and focus only on the attendees for the soiree. They seem like very nice people. Perhaps a copy of The Disney Way might help up the greeting and interaction game, and operating well under pressure, just a notch. I look forward to going back and trying them again, with expectations properly adjusted on the tapas thing, power on, and hopefully less performance anxiety for a special event.

This is truly a hidden gem. Adorable and romantic spot, warm and eclectic decor, PHENOMENAL service, above average wine list, full bar and a varied menu. What more can you ask for? Seek it out, check it out and taste for yourself. You won't be dissapointed.

This is why I'm lovin yelp. Hidden gems like "The Monk" are uncovered. And I look like a hero to my gf for taking her there :) Ambiance was elegant and stylish with creativity thrown in. Not to mention a nice wine and craft beer selection. The tapas ordered by others looked tasty as well. There was a movie reflecting off the huge back wall. No sound and an action 1980s flick. They probably rotate a bunch of classics. May not seem too appealing but it really pleases the eye! A hidden gem in every sense of the word. On the dark street it is on, (Evernia St. I believe), there is no other sign of life. But don't let that stop ya from goin in ;)

Really nice place. Really friendly bartender. Only stopped by for a drink, so I can't speak for the food. The place is decorated like a trendy New York City loft, and feels intimate like your best socialite friend's apartment. They have a screen taking up a whole wall playing silent movies, nice touch. I liked that they use cloths in the bathroom to dry your hands instead of paper towels. Come meet some friends here after work if you want a laid back classy spot.

Tucked away on a side street it's a hidden gem that can be a little hard to spot just driving by. Once inside I was immediately impressed by the environment. The dim lighting, small bar and tables just big enough for two provides a very personal experience. The hardwood and metal decor was something I find more often in northern states and was a nice change from typical South Florida bars. The Blind Monk has a great selection of wine and craft beers I had never tried before. With the the help of a friend I ventured out of my personal box a little and tried a red wine that really amazed me. No matter how hard I try I cannot remember the name of the wine but I have little doubt anything you try will be well worth it. Above all else the staff was nothing short of amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful, they make you feel welcome and at home. If you are not sure what to try just let the staff know what you typically like and let them choose for you.

LOVE LOVEE LOVEEE this place and everything about it! Lauren and Jason are always so kind and accommodating even when we come in there 10 mins before closing! They've a great wine selection, and I love the small tapas style plates they serve. The tuna and the bruschetta are fantastic! Best bruschetta i've ever had, and the cook will even bring it right out to your table! Excellent customer service. Cozy and intimate with indoor and outdoor seating, some cute Christmas lighting for outdoor ambiance, a large screen inside where they play old classic movies. Never over crowded, never loud. Always very relaxing! The perfect place to stop with a friend, and especially by yourself - no one will bug you or try to pick you up! Has a level of sophistication that most of downtown WPB lacks. Conveniant location with great parking, and NO late night traffic from bars/clubs/restaurants!

This place is special. Interesting selections of wine and little tapas to go with it. Great atmosphere that is hard to match in Palm Beaches. Most interesting and varied patronage that is on a younger side. This wine bar is my "off the beaten path" favorite. One criticism, the live music can be a bit loud, and may interfere with your conversation.

I really like the vibe at The Blind Monk. It's very low-key, sort of artsy, and they play black and white films on the east wall of the room. It's just an awesome spot to relax or catch up with a friend over a glass. The selection of wine is great. The bartenders are knowledgeable and helpful. BONUS: these will sound idiotic, but they're just little touches that I like. They use cloth towels in the restroom. And they use more delicate wine glasses appropriate for the wine you're drinking rather than big clunky goblets with the thick lipped rims.

Well conceived small plates and an excellent wine, beer, and mead. Fun people and small space make for a great date night location. Gravlax and pate and cheese plate were all different and delicious. Get there and support one of WPB's local gems!

Great wine bar! Let me say first: Don't come here if you are looking for a single large full meal. This is for drinks and light fare. However, if you order a number of items, you will go away full! Atmosphere is great. Indoor/Outdoor seating. They had old movies (sound turned off) playing on one of the large walls. I've never seen that before, but it was a great effect, IMO. Read the bathroom door too for great wine quotes.. Drinks were great and at very fair prices. I had the "Spritz" Aperitivi to start things off, and it really hit the spot. I also ended with a dessert wine that was fabulous. For food we munched on olives, garlic rubbed toast, some kind of bean soup, and an ahi tuna tostada (this was a first!). Then we moved on to a small cheese and meat platter. All of it came quickly, was served beautifully, and tasted great. For dessert, the expresso cheesecake was the best cheesecake I may have ever eaten (because it was soft and creamy more than a "normal" cheesecake). The waitress was nice, helpful, friendly, and never rushed or ignored us. This perfect balance is hard to find these days. Bravo!

As a wine bar this place is exceptional and the selection vast. From sake to Spritz and everything in between the drink list is very well curated. We were hoping it would be a little more of a dinner spot, but the menu, although delicious in places, is fairly limited. I can't comment on what I didn't eat, but out of the two dishes I sampled the Chicken liver pate with strawberry jam was outstanding. The Ahi Tostada with Mango, which I had high hopes for, was plentiful in size for a "tapa" but unfortunately lacked flavor. Just a touch of red onion or jalepeño would really have livened the flavor up a little. It was unusually busy for a wed according to our bartender and host, and he was working the entire place on his own. He did a fantastic job of keeping everything ticking over, drinks filled, and food moving to all the guests. Amazing taste in music, old black and white movies showing on the back wall, super hip decor, and perfect for me and my wife to sit at the bar, talk without being heard or needing to shout.

Great find! Atmosphere is very inviting and the tapas/small plates are excellent. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are on par for a high end bistro. Very happy to have been lucky enough to try this place.

Not what I expected. The food menu was extremely limited and a bit pricey. The strawberry balsamic Bruchetta was amazing though! The wine list is a bit overwhelming and although the waitresses were friendly, I found that you really had to ask for a little help in ordering as I hadn't even heard of many of the wines. Even at happy hour, the wine specials are extremely limited and still a bit pricey. It's very small inside, not necessarily a bad thing but just unexpected. I did enjoy but am just not sure I'd return based on the price alone, I'd probably instead chose a more moderately priced happy hour. As my friend and I summarized, everyone spent around $50 each for some of our shared cheese plate, shared Bruchetta, and just a few glasses of wine - and left a bit hungry still!

Briana C.
Rotating wines in a quiet, intimate space. High ceilings and the soft lighting give this place a beautiful ambiance. I was sad they did not have my Rickshaw Cabernet but I was substituted for an $18 glass of the Banshee Cab! Aack! Oh well. It was good, just not as jammy as the Rickshaw that I fell in love with. Service is good. I have never been here on a busy day although. Decided on an appetizer with my expensive Cabernet to balance and stretch my glass out. Pickled strawberries, goat cheese and tarragon on a crispy bruschetta. Omg! I found the sweet balance to goat cheese! I dislike the game-like flavor but the strawberries acidity and vague sweetness really balanced it out. So glad I ordered it! I think I am finally in love with goat cheese after all my failed efforts of trying to like it!! My perseveration has paid off! Love this place!

Great, laid back chill spot. Has extensive wine and beer list. Great assortment of tapas style plates. They have live music occasionally. Drinks aren't cheap, no happy hour that I know of, but selection is extensive. No beer on tap. Great spot of meet up for a drink and chat. Definitely recommend on a weeknight.

Solid beers on tap and a good wine selection, excellent charcuterie, but the outdoor space needs a little jazzing up. I wish I had something better to look at than a fire hydrant and an empty lot, but i've been pleased with my visits. Great waitstaff, too.

Amazing wine and craft beer selection! Visiting the Blind Monk is always the best experience. Their staff is not only extremely knowledgeable but they are also warm and inviting. Jason is charming and helpful; you can count on his expertise to help you discover your new favorite wine or brew (trust his recommendations, you won't be disappointed). Their attention to detail and atmosphere makes this the best bar in West Palm Beach.

We had a really pleasant date night here. It's a bit off the beaten path, but well worth seeking out. I was a bit surprised at how small the wine list is but I get the sense that they change it regularly. There's plenty of unusual and interesting wines - we had a great Greek wine and a few recommendations of grapes and regions that I'd never heard of. The beer selection looked good (will definitely be back to sample that) and we only ate a charcuterie/cheese plate, but it was excellent. The service was spot on - extremely knowledgeable wait staff helped when you had a question but didn't hover or harass. We'll definitely be back.

Loooove the Blind Monk!!!! The design aesthetic, variety and quality of wine/beer, amazing small bites menu, is hard to find in Florida. The a.m. shift vibe is super chill, and worth waking up early for

I was excited to try this new spot. Website proclaimed expertise and personal service. Well ... Perhaps Brett the bartender was having a bad day. Maybe he's just the worst bartender in the history of bar tending. My wife and I literally were the only patrons at 4:30. Brett had nothing to say. NOTHING. I anticipated expert recommendations or advice. Nothing. We ordered a cheese plate. I noticed it sitting in the kitchen. I had to ask him to pick it up. Decent beer selection. Whatever. Go to World of Beer.

Small intimate wine bar but they have about a gazillion varieties to choose from. I went there for their Monday Night "Poetry Uncorked" even where I listen to some great local singers as well as some uplifting poetry. The food is Tapas style (small plates). I had the Ahi Tuna and Mango tortilla chips and the chicken liver pate' YUMMY!!!!! I'll be here probably every Monday night! Oh and the staff was AMAZEBALLS!!!!

The best wine bar you'll ever go to! The staff is well versed in the drink offerings and the owner Ben is a trained sommelier! Their tapas and cheeses are delicious, but you'll be sad when they're gone. They show silent movies every night and occasionally have live music. CHECK THEM OUT!

Delicious and inviting little tapas bar! I was looking for a small bite to eat with a friend and we found this place close by. So happy we found it! They started playing an old black and white film on the projector and dimmed the lights. Super cute and a touch romantic.

This place is really great. Excellent service, top notch wine menu and cheese selection. It gets pricey but it's definitely worth it.
Date night worthy! We've gone here for girl's nights but I'm dying to take my husband soon. It's a small place, but the atmosphere is AMAZING. Takes me back to when I lived in NY. Wine excellent, staff knowledgable and I always get the cheese/chocolate plate!

This is probably my favorite place for an evening out, which makes me hesitate to write this review - I really want this place to stay "hidden"! But that's not what the business would like, so I guess I'll tell you all about my love for The Blind Monk. My first time in here, which was about two years ago, was just as impressive as my most recent visit. The wine list is extraordinary, the tapas are very delicious, and the atmosphere is SO relaxing! The service, though --- just superb!! Jason was our "waiter", and we asked him to pair our bottle of red with the small cheese platter (it's usually a set amount of items, but we asked him to hand-pick some items to further the flavor our bottle.) It couldn't have been better, really, and it turns out that Jason is actually the General Manager. What a win! From the intimate ambiance, to the delicious selection of wines & cheeses, The Blind Monk really sets the bar high for any other "wine bar" establishment.

On a Sunday night around supper time, nearly empty when we walked in, full when we left. Nice for a date, or after a show, or dinner with a picky bride after a long travel day. Excellent music, really nice atmosphere, very good service, nice selection of wine and beer. Tapas style plates, everything we tried was very good. The only gripe we had was they were out of somethings that were on the menu.

Perfect spot for clients or after work cocktails. Wine selection is top notch and the beers available are a good option. Interior is a modern minimalist dream with a soundtrack suitable for Miami. Street parking is plentiful and the staff is unpretentious and eager to make sure you get the best items. Food menu is unique. Vietnamese banh mi to French cheeses range the menu and are executed on black slate platters. Come in and have a drink under their modern lighting while listening to live music on Tuesdays.

One of my favorite places in West Palm Beach! Their cheese and charcuterie plates are insanely good, and I'm now an officially a cheese addict as a result. Very knowledgeable and pleasant staff, and you'll have no trouble finding a wine or brew to suit your taste. It's right up there in my top 5 of "must go" recommendations for friends.

How did the owners know I would feel like a Blind Monk, pawing my way in the dark, trying to find this great wine bar? Anyway, the yelp address was a little off (410 Evernia St, not 401) and other yelpers described this place as being off the beaten path. I took this literally, looking for a beaten path, and thought the wine bar might even be a speakeasy. "It must be that shitty-looking garage," I thought at one point. Luckily, my cheese cravings were dire and I did not give up. Finally, I understood why I couldn't find the place. There was extreme sidewalk construction that looked like the other end of the street was closed. That other end is where you will find The Blind Monk. Fumbling around like Dom Perignon in the dark for twenty minutes paid off when I stepped into this place. Pictures can't capture the poetry of this place. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and currently on yelp, there are 33 pictures of here: 33,000 words could not capture this place's ambiance. Share the Large charcuterie plate and pick five types of cheese/cured meats with two accompaniments. Don't worry. You can't mess it up. The selection of cheeses vary. I really like sheep/cow blend cheeses, for their sweet but tangy, complex flavor. But I love all kinds of cheese and being able to pick from goat, cow, sheep, or a blend was great because I got to try a variety of new cheeses. I'm admittedly lacking in wine knowledge and looking at a menu of 400 wines did nothing to increase my confidence. I straight-forwardly told the server(?) that I don't know much about wine and he helped me pick a great white wine I could enjoy. Don't be afraid to ask for help. I'm starting to get rambling but I really enjoyed my night at the Blind Monk. I felt relaxed in its peaceful setting, but I also felt like I gained something from coming here. When I happened to come in, there was a live skype session with a Mead Brewery guy, and we could order a tasting menu of his Mead. Apparently, live events like this happen all the time here. I respect this place and I enjoy its vibe. This kind-of place is the place you dream of owning one day when you're fanatically rich and want a fulfilling, personal hobby.

Stopped in for the first time and this is a very cool place with friendly staff. They only serve beer and wine but that's good enough. Great selections with great prices. Had the olives appetizer, the hummus and Ahi Tuna Tostada. All were very fresh and excellent. I would definitely recommend checking this place out. I will be back when I am in the area.

Great atmosphere... Laid back wine and beer bar. I think it would make a great date place. A little gem in the rather boring city of West Palm Beach. Plenty of wines to try by the glass.

Nice, elegant wine spot. The owners have really made the best out of this space. Beautiful wine selection... Definitely worth the step off the beaten path. To add to the atmosphere, there was live music and the singer had a beautiful voice.

What a experience. Not a place to get full on fried food. You come here to be educated on food and drink. Knowledgable staff and a great atmosphere. This place is amazing. Coming from the NW, I challenged Jason to give me a pale ale I would like. The man delivered!! Will be coming back!

Such a gem in downtown WPB!!! Great atmosphere and nice wine selection! My husband and I found this place soon after moving to this city and absolutely love going there. Whether it's for a date night, drinks before/after dinner or just to hang out, this place is definitely worth checking out! Can't wait to attend one of the Passport tasting nights!!!

So I had a meeting... Actually two meetings here yesterday. First meeting started all but one ordered red and white wine and a few of us ordered sparkling wines as well as the cheese platter and a couple of us order pretzels. when my first meeting was over I moved over to the next table w/my next party where we had water, glass of sparkling wine and one of the sodas that they sell overall the server was extremely knowledgeable about the products and made some great recommendations. The only criticism I have is that for those who do not drink alcohol and what part of our meeting were limited to water because they also did not drink soda. Huge recommendation would be to have a line of flavored sparkling water so that they do not feel alienated being in the wine bar having a meeting, and willing to spend money. But all in all it was a good experience .

One of my favorite places to go for good craft beer, wine, cheese & just to hang out in a chill but classy environment. Jonathan is very polite and extremely knowledgeable about the craft beer, wine, & cheese. Cheers! :)

Everything about this place is terrific. I know people come to a wine bar for beverages and you wont be disappointed. But the food is really really good! We had the tuna and a cheese plate - great selections. You gotta like a cheese menu with 3 kinds of sheep cheese! And the creamy espresso cheesecake was unbelievable. Great atmosphere. Casual and yet sophisticated.

We had a restaurant.com certificate to use and this was one of the places we picked to try out. The place is small, but it's a laid back and relaxing atmosphere. It wasn't crowded and the decor was so cool. They have movies playing on a projection inside and you have the option of sitting outside as well. We got fancy and ordered some cabernet to start off the visit. It was hard to decide on what to get from the broad menu and it was decided on baguette, prosciutto, parmigiano-reggiano, apples, grape, buffalo mozzarella, and spinach artichoke dip. It was too pretty to eat and the picture shows that. All of it was fantastic and the dessert was a must. The cheesecake lollipops are just that. This tapas bar rocked our socks because we would go back based on the service and food. Get the certificate since it can save some money on a night out and you can thank me later :)

This place was a sweet haven in West Palm beach. Sweet couches, great glass pour wine selection, we were able to try a bunch before committing...nice ambiance...a place you are stoked to find on the road when you happen to have a miraculous night off

Best place for wine and beer in West Palm. Our bartender Lauren was very knowledgable and directed me to a rose that I will absolutely be back for. The birthday truffles are a must try! Cool atmosphere.

What a cool place! It is tricky to find, and at first I thought it was closed. But upon entering, I was intrigued by the setup and atmosphere. This is a perfect place to meet up with a friend or two. Chill vibe, silent movies, wine, and delicious tapas? Yes, please. I tried the chicken liver pate, which was memorable in its smooth deliciousness. However, the strawberry bruschetta is my favorite item on the menu as of now. I also tried the Chocolate Box wine, which i fell in love with. I would definitely recommend this place!

There is nothing else like it in West Palm Beach. NYC atmosphere: hip, chic, cozy and smart. Wine and cheese here are amazing. Smaller venue than expected but that's part of the charm.

Very popular place. Inside was very cool (literally) and every seat was taken so we took a table outside. Wine selection was limited but options were very good. Wait staff was friendly and well versed. Will definitely return.

Cool place ! I took my girlfreind here expecting a douchey crowd of richards but instead we got chill vibes and a cool movie. Im not sure what this place is like in the day but at night its definately a great retreat from all the feelgoods and fist pumpers that slime down clematis. Ive been back twice since the first time we went and I got a feeling i'll be back for more.

amazing. the bartender was knowledgeable and soooo nice. He suggested a rose that was absolutely divine. My boyfriend loved his beer and the food was great. A movie was showing on the wall and the ambiance was cool without the pretension. If I lived here, this would be my place.

Went there after 2 dinners at Fine and one at City Cellars, all very good. Wanted to try this place and the Blind Monk did not disappoint. Great Tapas, cheese and cured meats, great reds and good whites( my wife likes a sweeter Riesling). It's small and only one person taking all the orders but the food and wine were delivered promptly. They got a 4 of 5 for the lighting. Very dark, we used the little candle to read the menus and a number of people used iPhones for light. If I ever return to the area (doubtful for other reasons) or if you are there, definitely worth a visit.

Slightly off the beaten path is this tiny little bar with beautiful globe lights dangling from the ceiling, comfy couches, and outdoor seating. Simple menu with a large focus on wine over beer but worth the stop. I was hoping for a larger beer menu since they have a cicerone on staff.

Absolutely THE in spot in West Palm Beach! You want some wine, they have a selection of over 400.

This is a rare bar. I've heard about this place, but I had never been. I'm glad that changed! When I walked in, the first thing that hit me is "wow, this place is small". Then the second thing that hit me was "wow, I'm mesmerized by the decor in this place." It is dimly lit and they have these really cool glass balls hanging that have light bulbs in them. The windows are decorated with quotes about wine. They have giant shelves holding bottles and wine bottles everywhere. They have sofas and tables that are made of clear glass and filled with corks. And the best part? They have a giant tv screen on the wall and they were playing a movie called "The Man Who Fell To Earth", starring none other than David Bowie at the beginning of his Thin White Duke phase. It was weird and pornographic and I loved it. As far as drinks go, they have a selection of wines by the bottle and by the glass, as well as a selection of fine craft beers. They all seemed to be reasonably priced and they people that work there are very knowledgeable if you have any questions. They also have very tasty looking tapas, although I didn't get to try any on this occasion. I'm hoping to make the Blind Monk a regular spot on my rotation. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, very different from most of what you'll find in Downtown West Palm. This is a great place to come with a group of your friends, but probably even better to come with a date. 5/5 stars.

My husband and I decided to try this place out after checking out the yelp reviews for great restaurants in the West Palm Beach area. We were down in that area for a vacation with the hubs friends and their families, but wanted to do something for just the two of us since we had just gotten married a month before. We went on a Monday, around 6pm and besides us there was one couple at the bar chatting with the bartender. It was a little awkward because I had dressed up a bit (thankfully I left my heels at home!!). We were slightly mislead by the yelp reviews, and expected the place to be a little bigger like we had imagined. The space is really small, three tables, a long couch with a few "coffee" type tables and a bar area, plus some bar seating along the windows. The decor was cute, I'm a big wine lover so I loved the corks and wine barrel tables. The wine selection was great, and they had a really good selection of beers, nothing like you would see in your average dive bar, or even restaurant/bar. My husbands not a wine drinker, so I was glad to see that he would be able to enjoy a nice beer or two. A bit expensive, especially for the wine, but I was able to try a few different types of wine and experiment a little. We were planning on eating there for dinner, which if we were back in the area and decided to go again we probably wouldn't do. This is more of an appetizers before dinner, or nice place to have a few good drinks. We ended up ordering the spinach and artichoke dip, asparagus wrapped in and each got a small plate with cheeses, meat and chocolates. The food was really delicious, but again not some place you would want to go for dinner. I felt silly ordering all of that food for two, because clearly it was our dinner and we weren't going anywhere else. If we lived in the area, I would probably go again with friends for a few drinks and apps before going to another place for dinner, but definitely wouldn't go planning to eat dinner there! If you're looking for a great selection of wine and craft beers and some good app type tapas this is your place.

We had a night in West Palm Beach to begin our honeymoon, and we decided to be fancy by coming here for wine and cheese before going to dinner. When we got here - probably around five - most seats were available. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable and checked in any time our drinks were getting low. We ordered a couple of beers and the cheese plate before switching over to wine. The cheeses were delicious - we asked our server to surprise us, since we aren't picky, and he chose cheeses to match what we were drinking. We were there all through the happy hour, and our server encouraged us to go for the two-for-one happy hour special on wine, even though we were using a restaurant.com gift certificate. We used the special as an opportunity to try wines that would normally be too expensive for us, and hubby found a cabernet that was the best wine he's ever had. We left buzzed and happy after a few hours of romantic conversation, and even after a two-week honeymoon, the Blind Monk remains one of our favorite memories of the trip.

Laid back & cozy, small, relaxed but not in no way at all shabby. Cool projection on the wall, tasty tapas & a pretty good selection of wine & some beer. Awesome for a date or a nice chatty evening with your closest girlfriends.

As a fan of wine and tapas places I had high hopes for the Monk. The wine selection is average for the size of the place, which is smaller than the average master bedroom in this part of Florida. Worse, the wine was terribly over priced by the glass, and by the bottle as well! The tapas menu is extremely light, no real selection beyond the standard cheese and meat plates. I had hopes for the specials, but even they seemed trite and uninspired. So if you like uninspired , paying too much for wine, but cutesy and artsy, you'll love the Monk, otherwise, look elsewhere

Very chill atmosphere. Small, intimate environment. An impressive, vast, diverse, incredible selection of wines by the glass. Good cheese selection. Small but significant selection of small plate, but goes very nicely with the wine selection. Recommended.

It's a gem. Love love love the decor and lighting. It's where everyone should want to go in the evenings for a glass and relax. It's one of those places that feels like only the "in" people know what's up and where it's at. By the way, when I went to the bathroom. I stayed awhile to read what the etched glass door said. It took awhile because I was reading it backwards. I think it was backwards. I know I liked what it said but I already forgot . Hmmm I swear I only had one glass of wine that night. :) I'll have to go back and read it again.

If you're looking for thumping music and a place packed with 20-somethings, this is not your place. For us, it's perfect. Small but offers indoor and outdoor seating, sophistcated but not stuffy, friendly but not all up in your business, dim lighting - an overall good vibe. While no one would throw you out if you came in wearing shorts and a t-shirt, I'd like to think you would feel a little uncomfortable. This appears to be a good stop if you're on a date. I've seen suits and dresses here but generally our attire is nice but casual. This has become one of our favorite spots for a drink at the beginning or end of the night. The wine selection is excellent. Decent beer (bottle only) selection too. The cheese & meat plates are top notch. The candied fig option is yummy. The staff is very friendly and will gladly help you select the drink that is right for you, even if it takes a few samples.

It is my personal opinion that one of West Palm Beach's best kept secrets is the Blind Monk. This small unique wine bar has an ambiance to die for. The decor is great, it has a soft lighting that is almost enchanting. It is a small 2 story loft that has been transformed into a wino hangout. They offer a large variety of wine, champagne, and some interesting kinds of beer Every time I go I learn about a new or different kind of Vino. The walls are covered with a wall paper defining wine and ingredients to different varieties of the drink, Its fun and educational. The 2nd floor is solely rows and rows of wine stacked to the ceiling. It's like a wine bookstore or a wine library. This place is very quaint, they offer bar seating, a few tables, and I believe 3 couches to lounge on; and enjoy wine, champagne, and some unique kinds of beer. If I remember correctly they play a variety of NY lounge chill music. There is also a small menu offering different kinds of meats, fruits, and cheeses. I had the pruchetto, cheese, fruit platter. It was beautifully displayed, honestly was better than restaurant quality food. On the menu there is not a huge selection of food that is offered, but they are all little picky bits perfectly paired for wine drinking. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because this little hot spot is always busy, is so small that you can't really play couch commando with your entire friends list. It is difficult to get a seat for more than 2 or 3. Other than that this place is amazing. This little wine lounge is great for a week night or a first date. I would highly recommend the Blind Monk to anyone who enjoys wine that is in the area.

Go here! why r u still wherever you are that is not here? There is over 400 wines awaiting you, and the option to build your own tapas plate, mmm comte and sopressata along with some great crackers. And they had some pumpkin ale as well! O and the place looks great as well! Bar made of wine crates, huge projection screen with movies.

Loved it! The location was a couple of streets away from Clematis which is the main downtown strip and has a great atmosphere. Blind Monk has a wonderful selection of wines and my boyfriend and I tried the cheese and meat plate that came with your choice of chocolate or dried fruits and olives.

(3)

I have seen this place pop up in reviews frequently-and one my husband suggested it I was all in! We arrived about an hour before close and was greeted warmly by the bartender-a huge plus! Really gorgeous chill spot-perfect late night spot for meeting up with your loved one after a busy day work. They played very mellow music which added to the ambiance. The food selection is small, but delicious my husband and I enjoyed the cheese and meat board, along with the ahi tostadas and strawberry bruschetta(#yum). I had the Riesling and my husband the cranberry lime soda. We will definitely add this to our list of "spots"

Came in on a Saturday night after reading good Yelp reviews. We got there a little late but Jason at the bar was very polite and helpful. We really wanted to have a small bite so we can get a chance to try this place. We were in the area for 2 days so it was difficult to try everything we heard about so we chose what we hoped were the best and indeed we had a great experience at blind monk. The wine and beer selection was fantastic and the pan con tomate even though it is a simple appetizer it was fresh and delicious. Best pan con tomate we ever had paired with good wine and beer. We had such a great experience that next day when we got ready to hit the road we thought about blind monk and decided we should go enjoy it one more time. We walked in around 5pm. We were immediately greeted by a very nice young lady, Paige. On recommendation we tried the pate which was very peculiar but delicious. Obviously, we had pan con tomate and we were able to try a few drinks. It was an amazing afternoon with good food, nice wine, great company and Casablanca playing in the background. Delightful place with amazing staff. We are thinking to drive to West Palm just to go to one of their events which are typically on weekdays. Hopefully we can make the beer pairing dinner coming soon... If you are in town and love good wine, beer and fresh ingredients you should try this place. Amazing customer service!!! I know we will be back soon.

Amazing little coffee and wine spot. I went for breakfast and was served the most delicious food by the friendliest people. I'll be checking this place out again soon, next time for dinner.

MOST affirmatively...tonight in fact....who's up for a pint and a wink?? ;)

This place is amazing, the atmosphere is great, and everyone knows what they are talking about when in comes to fine beers and wine. This place is a true gem!

Well conceived small plates and an excellent wine, beer, and mead. Fun people and small space make for a great date night location. Gravlax and pate and cheese plate were all different and delicious. Get there and support one of WPB's local gems!

Loooove the Blind Monk!!!! The design aesthetic, variety and quality of wine/beer, amazing small bites menu, is hard to find in Florida. The staff is great alsoThey are so knowledgable, and super friendly which is why I keep coming back. They actually have breakfast now which is incredibly delicious. The a.m. shift vibe is super chill, and worth waking up early for

Very popular place. Inside was very cool (literally) and every seat was taken so we took a table outside. Wine selection was limited but options were very good. Wait staff was friendly and well versed. Will definitely return.

amazing. the bartender was knowledgeable and soooo nice.

Great wine and beer selection. The staff is always nice and very helpful. Food is great as well. Love the huge movie screen.

Our go to place. Really nice people and nice wine / craft beer list. Awesome atmosphere. Nice small local place. Go, you won't regret it.

Laid back & cozy, small, relaxed but not in no way at all shabby. Cool projection on the wall, tasty tapas & a pretty good selection of wine & some beer. Awesome for a date or a nice chatty evening with your closest girlfriends.

Very chill atmosphere. Small, intimate environment. An impressive, vast, diverse, incredible selection of wines by the glass. Good cheese selection. Small but significant selection of small plate, but goes very nicely with the wine selection. Recommended.

Great beer and wine. Tapas is limited but exceptional. One of our favorite places in south Florida. And they've got Due South now!

(5)Javier Z.

(5)Pedro R.
(5)J. W.
(4)Natali C.
Loved it! The location was a couple of streets away from Clematis which is the main downtown strip and has a great atmosphere. Blind Monk has a wonderful selection of wines and my boyfriend and I tried the cheese and meat plate that came with your choice of chocolate or dried fruits and olives.
(5)victoria r.

(2)Denise J.
(3)Jim S.
(2)Katie F.
Went for a "date night". Was quiet, intimate, and great wine. Will be back!
(4)Natalie S.

Great beer and wine selection in a trendy yet cozy setting. Please try the food !! Their menu is full if gastronomic gems. We loved the watermelon ban mi and the creamy roasted cauliflower.
(5)Carolina M.
(4)Paul P.
MOST affirmatively...tonight in fact....who's up for a pint and a wink?? ;)
(5)Cheryl R.
It's very very small . Nice atmosphere . Portions very small . Had the large meat and cheese board . Very good , but small. Small menu , and they were out of several items . Need to up their game . Will try again , if I can find a seat.
(4)Brian R.

Superb atmosphere Great customer service with excellent detail and support for helping to select the perfect wine. The food was also delishhhh So glad we stopped In to check it out! Thank You Lauren , for your attentive service.
(4)Mizz V.
This is truly a hidden gem. Adorable and romantic spot, warm and eclectic decor, PHENOMENAL service, above average wine list, full bar and a varied menu. What more can you ask for? Seek it out, check it out and taste for yourself. You won't be dissapointed.
(5)Ellen S.
Amazing little coffee and wine spot. I went for breakfast and was served the most delicious food by the friendliest people. I'll be checking this place out again soon, next time for dinner.
(5)Shaughn N.
But don't let that stop ya from goin in ;)
(5)Charlene U.
(4)Tj J.
(5)Samantha H.
(5)Liane J.
Amazing. Great decor, wine and beer selection. Cheese is to die for. I would go back in a heartbeat for sure.
(5)Henry R.
(5)Victoria S.
(5)Rose L.
This place is amazing, the atmosphere is great, and everyone knows what they are talking about when in comes to fine beers and wine. This place is a true gem!
(5)Mark P.
Well conceived small plates and an excellent wine, beer, and mead. Fun people and small space make for a great date night location. Gravlax and pate and cheese plate were all different and delicious. Get there and support one of WPB's local gems!
(4)Jim T.
Bravo!
(5)Paul S.
What a find Great tapas and super friendly an knowledgeable owner Don't miss trying this place!!
(5)Jon R.
Pretty cool spot, nice selection of beer and wine, live music, tapas food, great service, knowledgeable waiters about the menu. Good selection of cheeses and dry meats... Just excellent..
(4)Janek G.
(4)Matt H.
Great find! Atmosphere is very inviting and the tapas/small plates are excellent. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are on par for a high end bistro. Very happy to have been lucky enough to try this place.
(5)Erin H.
(3)Briana C.
(5)Jack B.
(4)Elizabeth R.
Knowledgable and friendly! Wine and beer is amazing! Worth every penny. Lauren is fantastic!!! Come and see why...
(5)Ashley A.
Solid beers on tap and a good wine selection, excellent charcuterie, but the outdoor space needs a little jazzing up. I wish I had something better to look at than a fire hydrant and an empty lot, but i've been pleased with my visits. Great waitstaff, too.
(4)Liz D.
(5)Dave F.
(5)Jessica D.
Such a great place to meet friends! Great cheese plates, very nice wines both international and domestic. The live music was great! LOVE IT!!

(1)Lisa S.
(5)Jim G.
Excellent wines from all over. Trust the bartenders. Try the apps, they are delishious. Very , sexy interior. Open late don't miss when your in WPB
(4)Joseph R.
(5)Emily K.
Delicious and inviting little tapas bar! I was looking for a small bite to eat with a friend and we found this place close by. So happy we found it! They started playing an old black and white film on the projector and dimmed the lights. Super cute and a touch romantic.
(5)Tanya K.
This place is really great. Excellent service, top notch wine menu and cheese selection. It gets pricey but it's definitely worth it.
(5)Katie S.
I love this place. No, I mean it. There is NO WHERE ELSE IN CITYPLACE/ON CLEMATIS that has the wine/craft-beer/cheese selection that the Blind Monk has, not to mention the learned staff and serene atmosphere. Whether you lean towards red or white, bubbly or rosé, this place has a glass OR bottle waiting for you. My suggestion? Have an adventure and let the staff help you pick out something new: let your server know what you usually drink, and I bet they will find a new favorite for you! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, so don't be shy. Pair up your newly-found favorite with some cheese (again, the staff really does know which cheese will best suit your wine selection), or any number of their delicious munchies...and relax. Oh, by the way: Live music on Tuesday's after 8 p.m.; Wine-tasting events/Featured Wine-flights periodically (the featured wine even has wine-makers come in to meet-and-greet on occasion!); Live Dj spinning some chillaxed tunes every Sunday; Poetry night every Monday
(5)Marie A.
Date night worthy! We've gone here for girl's nights but I'm dying to take my husband soon. It's a small place, but the atmosphere is AMAZING. Takes me back to when I lived in NY. Wine excellent, staff knowledgable and I always get the cheese/chocolate plate!
(4)Melissa V.
So glad we found this place while on vacation in WPB. Music, atmosphere, and wine were wonderful
(5)Anthony C.
This place is a lot of fun! They have great food good service and always make you feel welcome. I have been here many times after work and always there really enjoyed it. The wine and food are always a great pair along with the ambience
(4)Rebecca S.

(4)Kit C.
(5)Robert S.
The blind monk is such a cool place to go and hang out and enjoy some craft beer and wine. The food is also very tasty. Service rocks here too with a very helpful staff. Try it out.. Rob.
(4)David F.

(4)Carrissa R.
Nice little spot for some wine and live music. They have a great selection to choose from.
(4)D. I.
Great atmosphere... Laid back wine and beer bar. I think it would make a great date place. A little gem in the rather boring city of West Palm Beach. Plenty of wines to try by the glass.
(4)Konrad K.
Nice, elegant wine spot. The owners have really made the best out of this space. Beautiful wine selection... Definitely worth the step off the beaten path. To add to the atmosphere, there was live music and the singer had a beautiful voice.
(5)Josh M.
What a experience. Not a place to get full on fried food. You come here to be educated on food and drink. Knowledgable staff and a great atmosphere. This place is amazing. Coming from the NW, I challenged Jason to give me a pale ale I would like. The man delivered!! Will be coming back!
(5)Carla D.
(5)Keith B.
Great after show place to have a glass of wine and tapas. Small menu but the food is excellent. Castelvetrano olives . Yes! Cheeses, and bread. Wine, wine and more wine Friendly staff and the manager was knowledgeable and welcoming. Can't wait to return.
(5)Trina S.
(4)SflG A.
One of my favorite places to go for good craft beer, wine, cheese & just to hang out in a chill but classy environment. Jonathan is very polite and extremely knowledgeable about the craft beer, wine, & cheese. Cheers! :)
(5)David B.
Good wine bar. big selection of wine. we did not have any food but it looked and smelled good.
(3)Jonathan E.
First time there yesterday and it was a hit!! Will certainly go back time and time again!!
(5)Linda Y.
(5)Patty W.
(4)Marisol L.
Nice decor , small but cozy, extensive list of wines and beers , when looking for a certain wine or not, just ask, I have not been disappointed with the suggestions , I do love this place , Great service ,new spot for me .
(4)Rafe P.
This place was a sweet haven in West Palm beach. Sweet couches, great glass pour wine selection, we were able to try a bunch before committing...nice ambiance...a place you are stoked to find on the road when you happen to have a miraculous night off
(4)Elizabeth P.
Best place for wine and beer in West Palm. Our bartender Lauren was very knowledgable and directed me to a rose that I will absolutely be back for. The birthday truffles are a must try! Cool atmosphere.
(5)Kirsten J.
(4)D A.
There is nothing else like it in West Palm Beach. NYC atmosphere: hip, chic, cozy and smart. Wine and cheese here are amazing. Smaller venue than expected but that's part of the charm.
(5)Clara S.
Love coming here- always have a great glass of wine- can't go wrong. Staff is always helpful, friendly & knowledgable! If you don't know what you want- just tell them what you like & they can offer a recommendation.
(5)Rich P.
Very popular place. Inside was very cool (literally) and every seat was taken so we took a table outside. Wine selection was limited but options were very good. Wait staff was friendly and well versed. Will definitely return.
(4)Garrett P.
(4)D O.
amazing. the bartender was knowledgeable and soooo nice. He suggested a rose that was absolutely divine. My boyfriend loved his beer and the food was great. A movie was showing on the wall and the ambiance was cool without the pretension. If I lived here, this would be my place.
(5)Tony S.
(4)Bob A.
Been back several times since my original review. The service has been great. Cool spot, an asset to downtown WPB.
(4)Kristen W.
Hole in the wall bar serving beer and wine with a small tapas menu. All in all nice environment but nothing extraordinary. The place seemed a little presumptuous.
(3)Mel B.
A great place to sit back and relax with fellow wine lovers. They have a great wine list by the glass with some interesting varietals. Eclectic decor, with a cool vibe.
(4)Ashely R.
Great wine and beer selection. The staff is always nice and very helpful. Food is great as well. Love the huge movie screen.
(5)Mack B.
Our go to place. Really nice people and nice wine / craft beer list. Awesome atmosphere. Nice small local place. Go, you won't regret it.
(5)Stephanie M.
Slightly off the beaten path is this tiny little bar with beautiful globe lights dangling from the ceiling, comfy couches, and outdoor seating. Simple menu with a large focus on wine over beer but worth the stop. I was hoping for a larger beer menu since they have a cicerone on staff.
(4)Sandy K.
Absolutely THE in spot in West Palm Beach! You want some wine, they have a selection of over 400.
(5)Danny D.
5/5 stars.
(5)Heather K.

(5)Petisha B.
Laid back & cozy, small, relaxed but not in no way at all shabby. Cool projection on the wall, tasty tapas & a pretty good selection of wine & some beer. Awesome for a date or a nice chatty evening with your closest girlfriends.
(5)Charlie B.
(2)Penelope W.
Great quiet hidden secret!!! Best Charcuterie in town.....great selection to choose from of apps and wines.....Wonderful place to go for an intimate evening or with a few friends to get some nosh and a good glass of wine.....its our go to place for an after dinner drink and just to chat with friends....Love this place!!!!
(5)Samantha M.
Very chill atmosphere. Small, intimate environment. An impressive, vast, diverse, incredible selection of wines by the glass. Good cheese selection. Small but significant selection of small plate, but goes very nicely with the wine selection. Recommended.
(4)J M.
(5)Chad M.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. A MUST visit in West Palm Beach if you are a wine lover. I go everytime I am here.
(5)Jo D.

(4)Mack D.
Great beer and wine. Tapas is limited but exceptional. One of our favorite places in south Florida. And they've got Due South now!
(5)Jake N.
Go here! why r u still wherever you are that is not here? There is over 400 wines awaiting you, and the option to build your own tapas plate, mmm comte and sopressata along with some great crackers. And they had some pumpkin ale as well! O and the place looks great as well! Bar made of wine crates, huge projection screen with movies.
(5)Heather A.
Great atmosphere and a nice change of pace! Very unique and relaxing. I love the decor and the bartenders are very knowledgeable and kind. It's a great place for date night or a night with the girls!
(4)Brian P.

(5)Javier Z.
Very cool place to sit down and have a few drinks with some friends. The wine selection is extensive and the beers are great as well. The place looked very hip and modern with a touch of nostalgic wine decor. Very intimate setting would be great for a date or to sit with some friends... ENJOY
(4)Andrea D.
My husband and I went for the first time and were so impressed. Great vibe, cool decor, and the cheese and charcuterie plate was awesome! Super selection of wine and beer. We will go back for sure
(4)Kelley J.
Awesome wine and service is awesome!! Carol & Reese are great! Highly recommend. The atmosphere can't be beat. I have NEVER been disappointed!

Quaint, cozy, elegant. Great local stop for those who crave ambiance and culture on this neck of town.
(4)lauren w.
Fabulous date or girls night spot. Cozy and dim, amazing decor with old movies playing in the background. Staff is knowledgeable without being know-it-all. My favorite spot in west palm :) Tapas are excellent, cheese selection is the best
(5)Pedro R.
(5)J. W.
Love it! Very charming! Wonderful wine selection and small Plates/tapas bar. Love the decor. Indoor/outdoor selection. Love that they place b&w movies on a projection. Recommend this place!
(4)Irene C.
Great atmosphere & the staff is very knowledgeable. Lovely place I'd definitely visit again.
(5)David F.

Went for a "date night". Was quiet, intimate, and great wine. Will be back!

(4)Mar H.
My favorite place in West Palm Beach. Friendly staff, the absolute highest quality wine and craft beers. They have great events and amazing ambiance.
(5)Cheryl R.
It's very very small . Nice atmosphere . Portions very small . Had the large meat and cheese board . Very good , but small. Small menu , and they were out of several items . Need to up their game . Will try again , if I can find a seat.
(4)RaMel V.
Great beer and wine selection in a trendy yet cozy setting. Please try the food !! Their menu is full if gastronomic gems. We loved the watermelon ban mi and the creamy roasted cauliflower.
(5)Brian R.

But don't let that stop ya from goin in ;)
(5)Charlene U.
(4)Paul P.
MOST affirmatively...tonight in fact....who's up for a pint and a wink?? ;)
(5)Tj J.
(5)Samantha H.
(5)Liane J.
Amazing. Great decor, wine and beer selection. Cheese is to die for. I would go back in a heartbeat for sure.
(5)Henry R.
(5)Victoria S.
(4)Dave F.
(5)Jim T.
Bravo!
(4)Janek G.
(4)Matt H.
Great find! Atmosphere is very inviting and the tapas/small plates are excellent. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are on par for a high end bistro. Very happy to have been lucky enough to try this place.
(5)Erin H.
(3)Briana C.
(5)Jack B.
(4)Liz D.
(5)Marina C.
The a.m. shift vibe is super chill, and worth waking up early for
(5)Jessica D.
Such a great place to meet friends! Great cheese plates, very nice wines both international and domestic. The live music was great! LOVE IT!!
(5)David B.
(1)Lisa S.
(5)Jim G.
Excellent wines from all over. Trust the bartenders. Try the apps, they are delishious. Very , sexy interior. Open late don't miss when your in WPB
(4)Joseph R.
(4)Josh M.
What a experience. Not a place to get full on fried food. You come here to be educated on food and drink. Knowledgable staff and a great atmosphere. This place is amazing. Coming from the NW, I challenged Jason to give me a pale ale I would like. The man delivered!! Will be coming back!
(5)Carla D.
(5)Rebecca S.
(5)T S.
(4)Kit C.
(5)David F.
(5)Robert S.
The blind monk is such a cool place to go and hang out and enjoy some craft beer and wine. The food is also very tasty. Service rocks here too with a very helpful staff. Try it out.. Rob.
(4)Keith B.
Great after show place to have a glass of wine and tapas. Small menu but the food is excellent. Castelvetrano olives . Yes! Cheeses, and bread. Wine, wine and more wine Friendly staff and the manager was knowledgeable and welcoming. Can't wait to return.
(5)Mich L.
(5)Bill B.
(5)Trina S.

Love coming here- always have a great glass of wine- can't go wrong. Staff is always helpful, friendly & knowledgable! If you don't know what you want- just tell them what you like & they can offer a recommendation.

Very popular place. Inside was very cool (literally) and every seat was taken so we took a table outside. Wine selection was limited but options were very good. Wait staff was friendly and well versed. Will definitely return.

amazing. the bartender was knowledgeable and soooo nice.

Been back several times since my original review. The service has been great. Cool spot, an asset to downtown WPB.

Hole in the wall bar serving beer and wine with a small tapas menu. All in all nice environment but nothing extraordinary. The place seemed a little presumptuous.

A great place to sit back and relax with fellow wine lovers. They have a great wine list by the glass with some interesting varietals. Eclectic decor, with a cool vibe.

Great wine and beer selection. The staff is always nice and very helpful. Food is great as well. Love the huge movie screen.

Our go to place. Really nice people and nice wine / craft beer list. Awesome atmosphere. Nice small local place. Go, you won't regret it.

Great beer and wine. Tapas is limited but exceptional. One of our favorite places in south Florida. And they've got Due South now!
